Early Dental Care
The AAP, ADA, and AAPD all share the oral health policy of establishing a "Dental Home" for children by the age of one. It is important that your child's newly erupted teeth receive proper dental care and we strive to teach your child proper oral hygiene habits right from the beginning. Decay or cavities can occur in the smallest of teeth, and so an early dental visit can help avoid this problem.
Children are also not born with a fear of the dentist but usually do have a fear of the unknown. In our office, we strive to make your child's first visit to the dentist a pleasant and enjoyable one. We use kid-friendly and pleasant language to explain and introduce all procedures to children. Our goal is to build a life-long relationship with your child and to create lasting habits to prevent cavities and discomfort in the dental office.
