Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We do request a 24-hour notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled. We appreciate your cooperation with our scheduling.

Insurance

We do accept insurance in our office but ask that you inform us of your current coverage when scheduling an appointment. We will generally file most insurance up front and try to estimate your portion based upon your insurance contract.
